A blissful year ~ 1

Happy 2012! As part of my own happiness project I started this series - each month I'll focus on some main themes and implement them in my life! This month has 2 main objectives: re-energize & study!~ 
After the heavy Holiday meals I'm feeling stuffed and down. The early sunsets aren't helping either. So I planned to Detox at least for 1 week (involves partial fasting, eating only fruits and veggies - no meat) and focus on de-stressing methods.
